To be eligible for President and President-elect the individual shall be actively

coaching fast pitch softball as a varsity high school head coach.

Nomination for President-elect:

Duties: 1.   Act and perform all duties of President in his/her absence.

            2.   Serve as consultant to the standing committees as directed by the president

            3.   Direct and organize Underclass All-Star Tournament

Nomination for Secretary:  

Duties:  1.    Record the minutes at association and executive committee meetings.

2.         Responsible for minutes to be sent to O.H.S.A.A. office, district and executive

committee members

            3.    Send correspondence to membership and others as directed by the President.

            4.    Assist with All-Ohio Banquet and Underclass tournament.

Nomination for Treasurer:  

Duties:  1.    Be responsible for counting the membership and collecting membership fees.

            2.    Paying the debts of the association, including the State Banquet.

            3.    Keeping record of membership coaching records.

            4.    Organize reservations for All-Ohio Banquet.

Nomination for Communications/Publicity Director:  

Duties:  1.   Be responsible for all communications as directed by the President.           

2.       Be responsible for publicizing all of the O.H.S.F.S.C.A. activities.

3.       Be responsible for publication and mailing of the "Rundown" newsletter; creation of

the All-Ohio Summer Tournament program and All-Ohio banquet program.
